Refundable Tickets:

If your ticket type is refundable, you may cancel your booking lates 48 Hours to the flight departure and request a refund, subject to applicable cancellation fees and conditions (See your ticket fare rules to know the percentage refundable). Same day booking can be voided/cancelled on your request for full refund. .

Non-Refundable Tickets:

Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refunds, check your ticket type to ascertain refund eligibility.

Flight Cancellations or Schedule Changes (Involuntary Refunds):

You may be eligible for a full refund if: Your flight is canceled by the Airline, and no suitable alternative flight is available. There is a significant change to the flight schedule (e.g., time change exceeding 12 hours) and the new itinerary is not acceptable to you. You are denied boarding due to overbooking and choose not to be rebooked on an alternative flight.

Delays:

If your flight is delayed for a significant duration (e.g., over 12 hours) and you choose not to travel, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Duplicate Bookings:

If you have made a duplicate booking in error, and both bookings are for the same passenger and itinerary, you may request a refund for one of the bookings latest 48 Hours before the flight. Proof will be required.
